L'Hôtel de Plein Air Camping/Mobil-home de Ceyreste

Located at 34km of Aix-en-Provence, 17km of Marseilles and 9 km of Cassis, Aubagne occupies the center of a green valley surrounded by three large forests: Garlaban (in the north-west), Sainte-Baume (in the east) and the hills of Saint-Cyr (in the south).
Garlaban
The mountains and hills of the Garlaban are synonymous with scented hills and cicadas singing under the sun since Marcel Pagnol used them as action place in his novels, one of which is 'Manon des Sources'.
Despite its development the birthplace of Marcel Pagnol managed to preserve its old town center with narrow lanes bordered by authentic provençal houses with coloured frontages. There's also a strong activity in traditional crafts thanks to an earthenware and ceramics factory, therefore Aubagne is also called the "Capital of Clay and Santons" (Santons are small decorative figurines made by clay and initially used for decorating Christmas cribs).
Activities :
Museum 'The small world of Pagnol', the Thérèse Neveu workshops: exhibits on the trades of clay, the Museum of the Foreign Legion, the Chapel of the Penitent, the ramparts, guided tours of the historical center and the places where the movies of Marcel Pagnol were made. Many excursions, riding. Climbing, speleology.
