Where’s the nearest beach?
The nearest beach is 3 kilometers from the campsite in La Ciotat, and can be reached by car, by bike via the Voie douce or by bus.
Is there a beach shuttle in front of the campsite?
We have a bus stop 1 kilometer from the campsite.
How far is the campsite from the nearest shops?
The nearest shops are 1 kilometer away, in the village of Ceyreste, and can be reached on foot (baker, butcher, greengrocer, etc.).
How far is the campsite from the cycle paths?
Bicycle paths are about 1 kilometer from the campsite, and La Voie Douce is the nearest, taking you to the train station or La Ciotat.
Where is the nearest train station?
The SNCF train station is 1.6km away.
Where and when are the nearest markets?
The nearest markets are in La Ciotat on Tuesdays and Sundays, Aubagne on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, and Cassis on Wednesdays and Fridays.
What kind of electrical outlets are available on the pitches?
European plugs are available on our sites.
Is it possible to rent a fridge for campers?
Yes, it is possible to rent a fridge (no reservation possible) for 7€ per night.
Is water available on every pitch?
All our campsites are equipped with water points.
Is electricity included in the price of the pitch?
Electricity is included in the price of the campsite pitch.
Are there special sites for motorhomes?
We have a few sites specifically for motorhomes, although most can accommodate both tents and motorhomes.
What are the maximum dimensions for caravans and motorhomes?
The maximum dimension for caravans and motor homes is 5.50 metres.
Is it possible to rent a baby cot or high chair?
A baby kit including cot, high chair and bathtub can be hired for €5 per night.
Are sheets and towels provided?
You can add the rental of sheets and/or towels to your reservation.
The sheet kit for a double bed is €15, the sheet kit for a single bed is €12, and a towel kit is €10.
Sheets and towels are provided in the premiums only.
In the Port Pin and En Vau mobile homes, sheets are provided.
Is the mobile home equipped with a television?
Yes, all our mobile homes are equipped with a television.
Is the mobile home equipped with air conditioning?
Yes, all our mobile homes are equipped with air conditioning (reversible).
How are the accommodations equipped?
Accommodations are equipped with TV, air conditioning, microwave, coffee maker and crockery and cutlery.
Can I park a second vehicle near my mobile home?
No, the second car must be parked in our parking lot outside the campsite.
What is the minimum number of nights for a rental?
The minimum number of nights for a rental is 2 in low season and 7 in high season.
Is smoking allowed in rental properties?
No, it is forbidden to smoke inside the mobile homes.
Do you have any PRM accommodation?
Yes, we have a mobile home suitable for people with reduced mobility in the Figuerolles category. This is a 2-bedroom mobile home.
Is there heating in the accommodation?
Our air conditioners are reversible.
How big are the beds?
We have both single and double beds. The size of double beds may vary depending on the category booked. For full details, please refer to the accommodation description.
What are the swimming pool opening times?
The pools are open from 10am to 8pm in high season and from 10am to 7pm in low season.
Is the pool heated?
The pools are heated to between 23° and 30° depending on weather conditions.
What are the pool dimensions?
The pools are 190 m² each.
Are swimming shorts allowed?
No, swimming shorts are forbidden.
Is the pool supervised?
Swimming is supervised only in high season.
Do visitors have access to the campsite swimming pool?
Guests visiting our customers can have access to the swimming pool by going to reception and paying the supplement of €8 per person.
Do you accept vacation vouchers?
We accept ANCV vacation vouchers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, cheques (not on site), vacation vouchers and cash.
Can I pay in instalments?
You can pay in instalments, but the balance must be paid one month before your arrival.
When do I have to pay the balance of my reservation?
The balance must be paid in full one month before arrival.
How do I modify a reservation?
You can send us an e-mail or call us to change a reservation.
How do I cancel a reservation?
If you have subscribed to the Campez Couvert insurance, you must open your file with the company and inform us by e-mail. If you have not taken out cancellation insurance at the time of booking, please send us an e-mail or letter.
Are CAF vouchers accepted?
CAF vouchers are not accepted.
What does cancellation insurance cover?
Cancellation due to illness declared in the month prior to departure in the event of an epidemic or pandemic, serious illness, serious bodily injury or death, pregnancy complication, redundancy, etc. (see all conditions on the Internet).
Where can I find the price list?
We offer dynamic pricing, with prices adjusted according to the season. Contact reception by phone or e-mail to get a quote and book your stay online on our website.
Can I arrive outside reception opening hours?
We can welcome you until 9pm maximum, please contact reception by e-mail or telephone.
Can we leave outside reception opening hours?
You can leave outside reception hours by informing us in advance.
My mobile home is available before 4.30pm on Saturdays. Is it possible to arrive earlier?
Arrivals are from 3pm to 7pm in low season and from 3pm to 8pm in high season. If your rental is available at 2pm, you can check in and collect the key to your accommodation.
Is my dog allowed in the rental property?
One small dog per rental is allowed. The supplement is €4 per night.
Am I allowed to invite family or friends to the mobile home? If so, is there a charge?
Yes, it’s allowed, but the number of guests is limited. It is imperative that you notify reception and that visitors also report to reception on arrival.
If you wish to invite friends or family for a night, for example, you must not exceed the maximum rental capacity, i.e.
- for a 2-bedroom mobile home: 4 people, children and baby included,
- for a 3-bedroom mobile home: 6 people, children and baby included.
Can I put a tent next to the mobile home?
No, it’s not allowed to put a tent next to the mobile home.
Do I have to pay a deposit at the time of installation?
A deposit of 200€ is required for mobile homes. A deposit of 20€ is required for holidaymakers on pitches who take a badge for the barrier. Deposits can be made by check, credit card or cash.
Do I need to make an appointment for the rental departure?
No, we do not require an appointment.
Is there a launderette on the campsite?
Yes, we have a launderette on the campsite.
Are barbecues allowed on the campsite?
Only gas barbecues are permitted on the campsite.
Is there wifi in the campsite?
Wifi is available on the campsite at a cost of 4 euros per day and 20 euros per week.
How late can I drive into the campsite?
The gate closes at midnight every evening, after which time you must park in the parking lot outside. The gate opens at 6 a.m. (No traffic inside the campsite from midnight to 6 a.m.).
Are visitors welcome?
Visitors are welcome.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Mobile home arrivals are from 3pm to 7pm in low season and from 3pm to 8pm in high season. Mobile homes depart between 8 and 10 am.
Pitches are available from 2pm to 7pm in low season and from 2pm to 8pm in high season. Pitches depart between 8am and 12pm.
Can I choose my pitch or mobile home?
You can indicate this in the comments when you make your reservation, and we will make the necessary arrangements according to availability.
Is wearing a bracelet compulsory?
Yes, wristbands are compulsory.
When can I get my deposit back?
You will get your deposit back after you have checked out.
Do you offer cleaning packages?
Yes, we offer a cleaning package. The price is 80€.
Do you offer any entertainment at the campsite?
Entertainment is available in July and August.
Do you have a kids’ club?
Animators provide entertainment for the children, but this does not last all day.
Do I have to pay for the kids’ club?
We only offer entertainment for children, and there’s no charge for it.
Are there any shops on the campsite?
We have a supermarket, a bread and pastry shop, a restaurant and a launderette.
Are animations included?
Yes, animations are included.
Is it possible to rent bicycles on site?
No, but we have partners who offer bike rentals.
What kind of infrastructure is there on the campsite?
We have two swimming pools, a city stadium, a bowling green, a playground with an inflatable structure, ping pong tables, table soccer, a launderette, a restaurant and a trampoline.
